\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>From the human resource point of view, the personnel structure of The National School of Clerks includes the following professional categories:<\/p>

  • training personnel, which can be both dedicated personnel<\/strong> (judges, prosecutors or clerks seconded to the School) and external collaborating personnel<\/strong> (judges, prosecutors, clerks or other specialists);<\/li>
  • public servants;<\/li>
  • contract personnel.<\/li><\/ul>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Depending on the specifics of the training activity, the body of the training personnel consists of initial training personnel (including practical internships trainers), who operates within the Department of initial training, and the continuous training personnel, who operates within the Department of continuous training.<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The National School of Clerks, through the Training of Trainers Department, performs recruitment, training and evaluation of trainers of The National School of Clerks.<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The School’s dedicated personnel<\/strong> is recruited among the judges, the prosecutors and the clerks with higher education or other specialists, including by secondment, according to the law, within the School; it operates within the initial and continuous training departments, training of trainers and international relations departments of\u00a0 The National School of Clerks and it also fulfils tasks specific to organizing the didactic activity, provided by the Regulation on the organization and functioning of\u00a0 The National School of Clerks.<\/em><\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The external collaborating training personnel<\/strong> is also recruited from among the judges, the prosecutors and the clerks with higher education or other Romanian or foreign specialists; their didactic activity is carried out on an occasional basis, aside from their basic office duties, within the initial or continuous training, for the subjects they were appointed for as training personnel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
