co-beneficiar, \u00een cadrul proiectului intitulat <strong><em>\u201dPreg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a grefierilor \u0219i a executorilor judec\u0103tore\u0219ti cu privire la procedurile transfrontaliere \u00een dreptul civil \u0219i dreptul penal\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> al\u0103turi de Academia de Drept European (ERA) \u0219i de Re\u021beaua European\u0103 de Formare Judiciar\u0103 (EJTN), dar \u0219i de Institutul Belgian de Formare Judiciar\u0103 (IGO-IFJ), Institutul Na\u021bional de Justi\u021bie din Bulgaria (NIJ), \u0219i cu sprijinul a 13 institu\u021bii na\u021bionale de formare judiciar\u0103 din cadrul UE \u0219i a Uniunii Europene a Executorilor Judec\u0103tore\u0219ti (UEHJ).<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune urm\u0103toarele <strong>obiective:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>S\u0103 organizeze activit\u0103\u021bi de instruire interactive \u0219i practice pentru grefieri \u00een materia Dreptului civil \u0219i Dreptului penal al Uniunii Europene, relevante pentru activitatea lor judiciar\u0103;<\/li><li>S\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bile lingvistice de baz\u0103 necesare (citit, scris, vorbit \u0219i ascultat) cu privire la terminologia juridic\u0103 \u00een limba englez\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul grefierilor;<\/li><li>S\u0103 furnizeze preg\u0103tire juridic\u0103 avansat\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba anumitor instrumente UE \u00een materie civil\u0103 \u0219i penal\u0103, precum \u0219i \u00een privin\u021ba anumitor aspecte de doctrin\u0103 juridic\u0103;<\/li><li>S\u0103 furnizeze un pachet de instruire standardizat \u0219i actualizat \u00een scopul configur\u0103rii unor seminare interactive;<\/li><li>S\u0103 creeze un instrument electronic autonom\/ o aplica\u021bie pentru limba englez\u0103 juridic\u0103 \u00een materie penal\u0103;<\/li><li>S\u0103 dezvolte at\u00e2t aptitudinile juridice, c\u00e2t \u0219i aptitudinile lingvistice ale grefierilor, pentru a consolida competen\u021bele acestora \u00een vederea facilit\u0103rii comunic\u0103rii \u0219i cooper\u0103rii transfrontaliere;<\/li><li>S\u0103 utilizeze re\u021beaua formatorilor de grefieri \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 de c\u0103tre EJTN \u0219i s\u0103 furnizeze o platform\u0103 pentru schimbul de bune practici, informa\u021bii \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021be orientate spre practic\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00cen cadrul proiectului, \u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri g\u0103zduie\u0219te un seminar juridic paneuropean, colecteaz\u0103 \u0219i prelucreaz\u0103 cererile a 22 de grefieri de la instan\u021bele\/parchetele din Rom\u00e2nia interesa\u021bi s\u0103 participe la seminarele paneuropene de formare juridic\u0103, respectiv colecteaz\u0103 \u0219i prelucreaz\u0103 cererile a 15 grefieri de la instan\u021bele\/parchetele din Rom\u00e2nia \u00een vederea particip\u0103rii la seminarele lingvistice din cadrul proiectului.<\/p><p><strong>Mai multe detalii despre proiect \u0219i despre
