1156, cod MySMIS 152441.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Proiectul este cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European, prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capacitate Administrativ\u0103 2014 \u2013 2020<\/p><p><strong>Titlul proiectului<\/strong>: FEPEAJU &#8211; Formare eficient\u0103 pentru practici etice, administrative \u0219i judiciare unitare<\/p><p><strong>Beneficiar:<\/strong> \u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri<\/p><p><strong>Obiectiv general: <\/strong>Formare eficient\u0103 pentru practici etice, administrative \u0219i judiciare unitare \u00een vederea dezvolt\u0103rii unor practici administrative \u0219i judiciare unitare, precum \u0219i a unor comportamente etice corespunz\u0103toare.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Obiectiv specific:<\/strong> \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale la nivelul personalului auxiliar de specialitate din cadrul instan\u021belor \u0219i parchetelor prin dezvoltarea unor practici administrative \u0219i judiciare unitare \u0219i a unor conduite \u00een acord cu normele eticii profesionale.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Prin obiectivul general \u0219i obiectivul specific, proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific 2.3. al Programului Opera\u021bional Capacitate Administrativ\u0103 2014 \u2013 2020: Asigurarea unei transparen\u021be \u0219i integrit\u0103\u021bi sporite la nivelul sistemului judiciar \u00een vederea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birii accesului \u0219i a calit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor furnizate la nivelul acestuia.<\/p><p><strong>Rezultate:<\/strong> Proiectul vizeaz\u0103 formarea unui num\u0103r de aproximativ 1000 participan\u021bi unici din cadrul personalului auxiliar de specialitate din instan\u021be \u0219i parchete, grefieri care vor putea participa \u0219i la mai multe ac\u021biuni de formare, \u00eenregistr\u00e2nd \u00een total un num\u0103r de 4.440 de particip\u0103ri.<\/p><p>Prin implementarea acestui proiect, \u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri urm\u0103re\u0219te, la nivelul personalului auxiliar de specialitate din cadrul tuturor instan\u021belor \u0219i parchetelor, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale \u00een domeniul unific\u0103rii practicilor administrative \u0219i judiciare, prin organizarea a 154 de ac\u021biuni de formare \u015fi elaborarea a 60 de materiale didactice audio-video, \u0219i, totodat\u0103, a cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale \u00een domeniul eticii profesionale \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor non-juridice, prin organizarea a 30 de ac\u021biuni de formare.<\/p><p><strong>Data de \u00eencepere<\/strong>: 23 decembrie 2021<\/p><p><strong>Perioada de implementare:<\/strong> 24 de luni<\/p><p><strong>Valoarea total\u0103<\/strong> (defalcat\u0103 pe surse de finan\u021bare): Bugetul total eligibil al proiectului este de 5.423.150,31 lei, defalcat dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p><p>\u2013 Fonduri europene nerambursabile FSE (Fondul Social European): 4.554.571,14 lei;<\/p><p>\u2013 Contribu\u021bie proprie de la bugetul de stat: 868.579,17
