fa\u021b\u0103 noilor provoc\u0103ri legislative\u201d, cod SIPOCA 455, cod Mysmis 118716, proiect cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European, prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capacitate Administrativ\u0103 2014 \u2013 2020.<\/p><p><strong>Titlul proiectului<\/strong>: Cre\u0219terea gradului de preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103 a personalului auxiliar pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 noilor provoc\u0103ri legislative, cod SIPOCA 455, cod MySMIS 118716<\/p><p><strong>Beneficiar:<\/strong>\u00a0\u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri<\/p><p><strong>Data de \u00eencepere<\/strong>: 29 mai 2018<\/p><p><strong>Perioada de implementare<\/strong>: 44 de luni<\/p><p><strong>Obiectivul general<\/strong> al proiectului a fost reprezentat de <em>cre\u0219terea gradului de preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103 a personalului auxiliar din cadrul instan\u021belor si parchetelor \u00een vederea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birii calit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor furnizate la nivelul sistemului judiciar.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Obiectivul specific<\/strong> a fost reprezentat de <em>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilita\u021bilor profesionale la nivelul personalului auxiliar de specialitate din cadrul instan\u021belor \u0219i parchetelor \u00een vederea unific\u0103rii jurispruden\u021bei.<\/em><\/p><p>Prin obiectivul general \u0219i obiectivul specific, proiectul \u0219i-a propus s\u0103 contribuie la atingerea at\u00e2t a obiectivelor asumate prin Strategia de Dezvoltare a Sistemului Judiciar 2015 \u2013 2020, c\u00e2t \u0219i a obiectivului specific 2.3. al Programului Opera\u021bional Capacitate Administrativa 2014 \u2013 2020: \u201dAsigurarea unei transparen\u021be \u0219i integrit\u0103\u021bi sporite la nivelul sistemului judiciar \u00een vederea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birii accesului \u0219i a calit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor furnizate la nivelul acestuia\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>Rezultate: <\/strong>Prin implementarea acestui proiect, \u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri a urm\u0103rit, la nivelul personalului auxiliar de specialitate din cadrul tuturor instan\u021belor \u0219i parchetelor, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale \u00een domeniul managementului dosarului, prin organizarea a 81 de ac\u021biuni de formare \u0219i, totodat\u0103, a cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale \u00een domeniul eticii profesionale \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor non-juridice, inclusiv din perspectiva comunic\u0103rii, prin organizarea a 40 de ac\u021biuni de formare.<\/p><p>Pentru atingerea acestor obiective, \u0218coala Na\u021bional\u0103 de Grefieri a creat \u0219i o platform\u0103 eLearning prin care deruleaz\u0103 cursuri \u0219i disemineaz\u0103 la nivelul \u00eentregului personal auxiliar din cadrul sistemului
